Responsibilities

• Configure hospital nurse call systems and IoT devices to ensure reliable healthcare communication.
• Assist in enhancing and maintaining the company website, including UI updates and backend fixes to improve user experience and functionality.
• Manage and monitor AWS resources such as EC2 and S3, including documentation of cloud infrastructure changes.
• Support internal IT operations by managing IT assets, maintaining network systems, executing testing scripts, and performing data backups.
• Provide direct technical support to project teams to facilitate timely and effective project delivery.
• Configure IT solutions tailored to client needs and streamline internal IT workflows for operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to support ongoing technical initiatives.
• Demonstrate initiative and work independently to resolve IT issues and learn new healthcare technology systems.
