Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise environments.

You will oversee Windows Server and RHEL, VMware ESXi/vCenter/NSX, and Dell EMC SAN storage with focus on provisioning, performance, and capacity planning. Additionally, you will support Cisco switches, VLANs, and network connectivity, perform RCA, apply patches and upgrades, and contribute to documentation and cross-functional IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure administration and operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments, including Windows Server and RHEL.
• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and VMware NSX environments.
• Manage Dell EMC SAN Storage, including storage provisioning, LUN management, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Configure and maintain Brocade SAN switches, including Fibre Channel zoning and fabric administration.
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco switches, VLANs, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute infrastructure patching, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Provide operational support to other IT functions during periods of lower infrastructure workload.
• Assist Service Desk, Application Support, Database, Security, and Cloud teams as required.
• Participate in project implementations, system deployments, testing, and migration activities.
• Support IT operational initiatives, asset management, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of IT services.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support for business and operational requirements outside the core infrastructure domain when necessary.
