Job summary

A leading human resource consultancy in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to join their Infrastructure team. The role involves performing mid-life upgrades on systems and maintaining various infrastructure components including networks and servers. Applicants should have a degree in Information Systems or related fields along with skills in VMware and Windows Server. This position offers competitive pay up to $6500, working Monday to Friday in Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT related field is required.
• Experience with VMware and Windows Server is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Join the Infrastructure team to perform system upgrades and maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system solution implementations.

Responsibilities

• Join the Infrastructure team to perform Mid-Life-Upgrade of a large system and support the maintenance on the system
• Working closely with vendors and respective internal teams to implement system upgrade solutions and participate in troubleshooting and solving problems encountered
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, repair, administrate, backup and continuously improve the infrastructure components (network, servers, workstations, security appliances)
• Up to $6500

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Requirements

• Degree in information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience in VMware virtualization, Windows server, Redhat Linux, computer hardware and IT network knowledge would be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Display positive learning attitude and aptitude
• Able to work under stress and independently
