Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional for our Singapore office to maintain classroom and staff PCs, set up classroom infrastructure, and manage servers and virtualization environments. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot VMware and Windows/Linux servers, and ensure backups, storage, and security are properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in IT or relevant disciplines.
• Min 1-2 years of working experience in implementing & maintaining IT systems.
• Technical knowledge in VMware, Microsoft System Administration, Linux, backup, storage functions and Cloud computing.
• Certified in MCSA, VMware preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT Support for Classroom PCs & Staff PCs.
• Provide classroom setup of PCs.
• Install, configure and maintain server operating systems and repair servers (MS Server, VMware).
• Deploy, configure, manage and troubleshoot MS, Linux servers & VMs.
• Monitor PC, server, firewall and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine system administration duties & security maintenance.
• Provide additional support including backup and storage functions.
• Document all processes properly.
• Keep track of assets.
• Provide facility troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage ICDL & EC Council Exams.

8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Well balanced team player who is willing to help out team members as well as can coordinate between cross functional teams
