jac recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Manager/Business Analyst for a 6‑month agency contract. You will prepare business cases, present to governance, and drive end-to-end change governance for infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in banking/financial services, strong governance experience, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and SDLC understanding.

Qualificações

• At least 8 years of experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience in project governance, approvals, and change management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery for infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare business cases, AFA documents, and funding proposals for Infrastructure projects.
• Present proposals to governance committees for approval.
• Manage end-to-end change governance and approval processes.
• Ensure all system changes have required sign-offs before deployment.
• Liaise with Head Office on project governance and reporting.
• Track project status, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
