Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent contract management professional to support Infrastructure Services. You will handle contract administration, tender preparation, and assistance to project managers on approvals and budgeting.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects in a Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement as stated.
• Preferably experience in developer, consultancy or main contractor firms.
• Strong interest in contract management.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Organised and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work under time pressure.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract administration and management duties for contracts undertaken by Infrastructure Services.
• Prepare tender and pricing documents.
• Review project manager's/consultant's justification and prepare approval recommendations.
• Assess payment valuation and advise on variations.
• Monitor budget and track project expenditures.
• Ensure all processes comply with SOP, policies and audit requirements.
• Assist the lead project manager in projects.
