Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd, a premier port operator in Singapore, invites a detail-oriented professional to join the documentation and procurement support team. The role focuses on tender documentation, progress tracking, and evaluations.

You will contribute to meeting minutes, issue logs, and process improvements to procurement and project documentation, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables for project coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting tender preparation and procurement justification.
• Experience maintaining logs and site observation reports.
• Ability to evaluate technical proposals from vendors/consultants.
• Experience taking meeting minutes and tracking issues.
• Ability to suggest improvements to procurement and documentation processes.

Jurong Port Pte Ltd is a port operator headquartered in Singapore. Jurong Port, which operates the only multi‑purpose port in Singapore, handles bulk, break‑bulk and containerised cargo. It handled over 40,000 vessel‑calls annually in 2019.

The port owns and operates its own subzone located in the town of Jurong East in Singapore. It is bounded by Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Jurong Pier Road, Jurong Island Highway, Seraya Avenue and Sugnei Jurong, including Pulau Damar Laut.
