Job summary

JTC’s Centre for Information Management (CIM) invites you to join a team transforming how officers access and govern information. You will help build knowledge assets, design information architecture, and plan long-term to protect evolving information.

You will work on managing information systems, digitisation operations, and policy development like file classifications and retention schedules, while engaging senior stakeholders to co-create new operating models.

Qualifications

• Practical work experience in information/records management is preferred.
• Knowledge of service design disciplines is a plus.
• Strong project and people management capabilities are required.
• Ability to define and deliver information/knowledge management solutions.
• Ability to interpret user needs and analyze data.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Clear, concise thinking and persuasive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• General: manage operational processes, track issues, estimate resources, and deliver projects on time within budget and scope.
• Solutioning & Development: conduct user requirements, design briefs, prototypes, and service concepts for information management systems; drive cross-divisional initiatives.
• Operations: manage physical/digital records per legislation and guidelines; develop policies (taxonomy, classification, retention) and provide advisory services.
