Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking Cooks for a fast-paced inflight kitchen in Singapore. You will work in a commercial kitchen, preparing meals for airline clients and assisting the chef-in-charge to plan and produce meals according to tasks assigned.

Rotating shifts, 6-day weeks, with transportation provided after late hours. Basic around SGD 1500 with allowances; applicants should have at least 1 year F&B experience, good hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to use PCs and computer systems related to work and read computerized worksheets.
• Possess good knowledge of food hygiene and food handling procedures.
• Possess good decision-making, problem solving, communication and training skills.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel food and beverage business.
• Have the ability to work in a large brigade with a multi culture team.
• Able to work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
