Concorde Hotel Singapore is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare all foods according to recipes and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards. You will manage mis-en-place, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure smooth service through orderly preps and careful stock handling.

The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a positive, service-oriented attitude to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
