Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the Infinity Pool to warmly welcome guests, guide them to sunbeds, and provide a brief overview of offerings. You will maintain the pool deck, handle towel distribution, and relay food and beverage orders with accuracy.

You will interact with guests, respond to inquiries, monitor safety, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless, memorable pool experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all Infinity Pool guests, escort to sunbeds, and introduce offerings.
• Take and process food and beverage orders; relay accurately to the F&B team.
• Maintain sun beds, towels, and pool deck in a clean, presentable condition.
• Answer guest inquiries and escalate requests to respective departments as needed.
• Monitor pool activity and ensure guest safety and comfort, adhering to policies.
