Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer to support project execution from engineering through delivery at Benoi. The role involves coordinating across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and testing, and serving as the main liaison for customers and vendors.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years of project experience, with knowledge of P&ID and process calculations. One-year contract; islandwide transport support noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.
• Act as key contact for customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Interpret specifications and review engineering documents (P&ID, process calculations).
• Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery and expedite procurement.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and resource allocation; identify risks and mitigations.
• Ensure documentation control, submissions and approvals.
• Support contract administration and milestone payments.
