Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to support project execution from planning to completion.

You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, within budget, and up to quality standards. The role involves coordinating activities, monitoring timelines and risks, and delivering results that meet customer requirements. Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial settings with familiarity in automation and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methods

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
1–2 years of experience in project engineering or coordination, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Knowledge of automation technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
AutoCAD or SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to adapt and reprioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and monitor progress, budget, timelines and risks.
Work closely with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements, quality standards and deadlines.
Coordinate resources across departments and resolve issues during project execution.
Identify potential risks and support solutions to keep projects on track.
