You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, review drawings and specs, and monitor schedule, quality, and site activities. The role requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor progress, schedule, quality, and site activities.
• Support planning, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports and submissions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Assist Project Manager to deliver on time and within budget.
