Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks a Planning IE professional to own capacity modelling for the Fab, ensuring timely tool purchases to meet demand. Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required, with a preference for Industrial Systems Engineering (ISE).
Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis is required.
Effective communicator who can collaborate across levels.
Demonstrated leadership and track record of impact is desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate capacity modelling of the assigned Fab area.
Apply industrial engineering concepts to capacity analysis, line management, scheduling and production planning.
Use statistical analysis to maintain and audit manufacturing capacity information.
Design and coordinate projects with several departments to improve production metrics.
Collaborate with R&D and process engineering for future product introduction.
Evaluate scenarios and perform what-if analyses to understand impacts.
Coordinate capital purchases and capacity changes with planning and purchasing teams.
Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
