Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of IE experience in semiconductor wafer fab.
• Proficiency in capacity modelling and AutoCAD; familiarity with lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the fab-wide capacity model to align with wafer demand and tool input requirements.
• Analyze capacity gaps and initiate actions to close them.
• Partner with process modules to ensure equipment readiness ahead of production needs to meet dates.
• Calculate and monitor equipment capacity utilization across fab modules and identify bottlenecks.
• Lead productivity improvement programs and track OEE with maintenance teams.
• Act as Industrial Engineering lead for tool layout, space planning, and record-keeping.
