Job summary

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Industrial Chiller Production/Technical Manager to lead project teams from planning to completion. The role manages production and onsite installation, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and drives efficiency across HVAC chillers.

Candidates should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in industrial chillers, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of hands-on production and on-site installation experience for industrial chillers.
Experience in HVAC systems is a bonus.
Strong technical knowledge of chiller design across compressor types.
Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage local and foreign workers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Optimize manpower, materials and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production processes for SOP adherence and implement improvements.
Oversee equipment operation, maintenance and calibration.
Provide onsite technical support and commissioning for chiller installations.
Lead teams to troubleshoot on site and manage piping works.
