Job summary

TECHNODIGM INNOVATION PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Support Engineer to maintain, test, integrate and improve Windows-based machine software for industrial automation.

You will work across software, motion control, and machine integration, supporting existing systems and customer-driven enhancements. The role requires strong C#/.NET skills; experience with multi-threading, event-driven design, and debugging. Expect collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Strong C# and .NET programming skills.
• Experience with multi-threading, event-driven architecture, and OOP design.
• Debugging and troubleshooting across software and hardware interfaces.
• Industrial communication protocols: RS232/Serial, TCP/IP, Modbus.
• Motion control understanding: servo/stepper, positioning, sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Windows-based machine software.
• Develop new features and machine functions per customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues; support setup, commissioning, and validation.
• Develop and integrate motion control functions for 3-5 axis cartesian systems; optimize performance.
• Interface with servo systems, motion controllers, sensors, and I/O devices; support image acquisition and processing.
