Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain industrial automation software using C++, C#, and WPF.

This role focuses on Windows-based applications, memory management, and real-time control interfaces in a production environment. You will work with motion control cards, distributed I/O systems, and hardware/software communication protocols, collaborating with electrical and mechanical engineers to deliver reliable, scalable software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing industrial automation software with C++, C#, and WPF.
• Hands-on experience with motion control cards and distributed I/O systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows API, multithreading, synchronization, and memory management.
• Solid understanding of C++ Standard Library and templates.
• Experience with Borland/Embarcadero C++Builder VCL is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain industrial automation software using C++, C# and WPF.
• Develop Windows-based applications using Windows API, C++ STL, templates and memory management techniques.
• Program motion control cards and distributed I/O systems for machine control and sensor integration.
• Implement reliable hardware/software communication protocols.
• Optimize application performance using multithreading, synchronization, events, mutexes and memory-mapped files.
• Develop user interfaces with WPF/WinUI where required.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to deliver software that meets system requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and stay current with industrial automation and C++ technologies.
