Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation or Computer Science; 10+ years of Automation Controls experience required.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of automation experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects for accelerated sites and squads collaboration.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel, Tableau and Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Lead automation capabilities initiatives across plants and with site automation engineers.
• Define global OT standards and share best practices.
• Prepare technical documents, presentations, and reports.
• Develop and manage OT automation technology roadmaps.
• Map vendors and support implementation processes.
• Define IT/OT network infrastructure and security requirements.
• Support data integration and communications across network layers.
• Collaborate with IT and industrial teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
