You will drive technology roadmaps, supplier mapping, and secure data integration while collaborating with regional teams and corporate functions. The role demands 8+ years of industrial automation, strong leadership, and PM experience, with advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation or Computer Science; 10+ years of Automation Controls experience required.
8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
5+ years of project management experience.
5+ years of automation experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing projects for accelerated sites and squads collaboration.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel, Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead automation capabilities initiatives across plants and with site automation engineers.
Define global OT standards and share best practices.
Prepare technical documents, presentations, and reports.
Develop and manage OT automation technology roadmaps.
Map vendors and support implementation processes.
Define IT/OT network infrastructure and security requirements.
Support data integration and communications across network layers.
Collaborate with IT and industrial teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
