LIAN ENG PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts within the CA division.

You will engage with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams to recommend conveyor, automation, and material handling solutions. The role involves field visits to factories, building trusted relationships, and training-ready candidates including fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude.

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn technical products and engage with engineers, procurement and maintenance teams.
Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business across target industries.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Conduct site visits and technical assessments to determine customer requirements.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and technical presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
