Job summary

MY STONE ARTISTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and communicative showroom sales member to join our team in Singapore.

You will assist the sales manager with daily customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups, and you will engage with walk-in customers to explain product features and applications. You will organize product information, update showroom samples, and provide general office support.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers in English.
• Sales experience in building materials or interior design is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.

Responsibilities

About Us

We are a company specializing in the wholesale and installation of sintered stone, with extensive project experience and a stable customer base. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and communicative individual to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales manager in handling daily customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
• Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom and explain product features and applications
• Organize product information and update showroom samples
• Provide general office support such as filing and data entry
• Coordinated with clients,contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent and timelines were met
• Coordinated with the installation schedule and material preparation timeline with the factory, installation team, and sales team to ensure all information is accurate.
• Help manage social media postings and respond to online customer messages (if applicable)

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers in English
• Sales experience in building materials or interior design is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded
• 6 working days per week with flexible rest days
