Job summary

POH KHOON ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Executive to handle day-to-day customer sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage key accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions, nurture relationships for repeat business, and pursue new accounts while liaising with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE 'O' Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Persuasive with solid telesales skills.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skills.
• Result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customers' sales enquiries.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations.
• Maintain existing accounts and develop new accounts.
• Respond to enquiries, price quotes, and follow up to close orders.

Responsibility

• Handle day-to-day customers' sales enquiries.
• Prepare and submit quotation to customers
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Maintain existing customers' accounts and developing new accounts
• Respond to customers' enquiries, pricing workout, follow-up in order to close sales order.

Requirement

• Min. GCE "O" Level.
• 2 years sales experience.
• Persuasive with solid telesales skill.
• Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking Client & Supplier).
• Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skill.
• Result-orientated.
