Job summary

Silversky Pte Ltd is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to lead online sales channels and build new B2B partnerships from our Singapore office.

You will leverage AI software, automation, and digital tools to streamline operations, craft outreach, and scale revenue in the pet industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Digital Marketing, IT or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce store management, digital sales, or tele-sales is a strong plus.
• Tech-savvy with AI tools and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage online stores and ensure high-converting listings.
• Audit stock info, imagery, and product specs for accuracy.
• Process end-to-end online sales and inquiries.
• Prospect and secure new business partnerships with pet shops & cafes.
• Manage remote client relationships via virtual meetings.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Delivery teams on inventory and dispatch.
• Maintain weekly stock/out-of-stock and monthly top customers reports.

This isn't your traditional desk sales role; we are looking for a digital-first professional who leverages AI software, automation, and modern technology to streamline operations, craft compelling outreach, and scale revenue. E-Commerce & Digital Sales Operations

• Manage Online Stores:Take full ownership of all online storefronts, ensuring high-converting product listings, accurate pricing, and compelling product descriptions.
• Audit & Maintain Online Listings:Routinely audit all digital channels to guarantee 100% accuracy in stock information, imagery, and product specs.
• Process Online Sales:Manage end-to-end order processing, online customer inquiries, and sales fulfilment smoothly and accurately.

B2B Partnership & Virtual Outreach

• Drive New Partnerships:Proactively prospect and conduct engaging video calls and digital outreach to secure new business partnerships with pet shops, pet-friendly cafes, and other commercial establishments.
• Remote Client Management:Build and nurture strong, lasting business relationships through virtual meetings, digital communication, and prompt follow-ups.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Inventory Tracking

• Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:Communicate daily with the Warehouse Team on inventory levels and align closely with the Delivery Team on dispatch schedules.
• Track & Report Data:Complete and maintain the Weekly Out-of-Stock Sheet (Excel) and synthesize data into the Monthly Top 10 Customers Report.
