SILVERSKY PTE. LTD. seeks an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive our pet brand across retail networks and events in Singapore. This role focuses on expanding shelf presence, building strong store-owner relationships, and delivering lively product trainings that convert visits into steady orders.

You will represent the brand at pet expos and roadshows, ensuring seamless order fulfillment with logistics and finance teams, while chasing ambitious sales targets with enthusiasm and resilience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with strong sales awareness and customer focus.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, outdoor sales, or account management preferred.
• Own a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand retail footprint and secure shelf space in stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and staff for repeat orders.
• Deliver high-energy product training sessions to retail teams.
• Represent the brand at weekend roadshows, pet expos, and events.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse for timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive ground-level campaigns and foot traffic.

What You’ll Do (The Hustle)

• Conquer the Retail Turf:Hit the ground running daily to expand our retail footprint, secure top-tier shelf space, and keep our products at the forefront of every store.
• Build Unshakable Relationships:Connect effortlessly with store owners and staff, understanding their business inside out to lock in continuous, high-volume repeat orders.
• Train to Win:Deliver high-energy product training sessions to retail teams so they become passionate advocates for our brand.
• Bring the Energy at Events:Show up big at weekend roadshows, pet expos, and industry events to engage directly with pet parents, drive brand buzz, and boost direct sales.
• Seamless Operations:Partner closely with Logistics/Warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment and work with Accounts to ensure prompt settlements.
• Drive Ground-Level Marketing:Execute high-impact promotional campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to keep foot traffic moving and sales soaring.
  

What Makes You a Fit

• Ready: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or Finance. Proven track record in B2B sales, outdoor sales, or account management (FMCG or Pet Industry experience is a major bonus). Own a personal vehicle as well.
• Valid driver’s license with own vehicle.
