YGF Blessing Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Regional Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Indonesia from Singapore, with regular travel to Indonesia for store visits, performance reviews and cross-functional coordination.

The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, executing store improvements, and collaborating with partners to optimise performance and service quality in the Indonesia market.

Competenze

• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Business Administration, F&B Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in food and beverage, retail, chain-store operations or regional operations.
• Experience in store operations, project coordination, business performance analysis or business partner management.
• Ability to independently conduct store inspections, analyse operational issues, monitor corrective actions and prepare operational reports.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams, business partners and suppliers in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Malay is an advantage; Chinese-language skills are also an advantage for intercompany coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with strong execution, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment and accommodate frequent overseas travel.

Mansioni

• Monitor day-to-day operations of stores in Indonesia and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to review service quality, product quality, food safety, hygiene, equipment, inventory and staffing.
• Identify operational issues, develop corrective action plans, assign responsibilities and track deadlines.
• Assist in establishing and improving operational procedures, inspection standards, reporting systems and store management for Indonesia.
• Provide timely updates to the Regional Operations Manager on progress, issues and risks.
• Assist in handling store emergencies, major customer complaints and other operational issues.
