Job summary

Dada Consultants is recruiting a hands-on Indirect Procurement Lead to own and streamline spend across Engineering, IT, HR and Admin in Singapore. You’ll drive end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, and build a startup-friendly P2P policy with Legal and Finance.

You’ll consolidate fragmented spend across departments, track supplier performance against KPIs, and help balance speed with procurement discipline as the company scales in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related; CIPS a plus.
• 5–8 years in Indirect Procurement, ideally at a fast-growing tech company or scale-up.
• Strong grasp of the Singapore vendor landscape (IT distributors, FM contractors, insurance brokers).
• Comfortable switching between engineering-technical and HR/benefits conversations.
• Strong negotiator with a lean-cost mindset and ability to build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate fragmented spend across departments for better leverage.
• Run end-to-end RFP/RFQ, from market mapping to final negotiation.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs/SOWs with Legal.
• Build a startup-friendly procurement policy and P2P system.
• Track vendor performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate across Engineering, IT, HR, and Admin to support indirect spend.
