Brenntag Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing and category management for indirect spend in a multi-site environment in Singapore.

You will own supplier negotiations, manage contracts and SLAs, and collaborate with operations, IT, finance, and HR to align procurement solutions with business needs. The role emphasizes governance, cost optimisation, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, SupplyChain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in industrial, chemical, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Proven indirect procurement experience and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience in multi-site or regional environments is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing & Procurement Execution: RFQ/RFP, evaluation, negotiation and award for indirect categories.
• Category Ownership & Cost Optimisation: manage spend categories and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supplier & Contract Management: onboarding, performance monitoring, and SLA tracking.
• Stakeholder Management: act as the go-to for internal operations, IT, finance, HR, engineering.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure DOA adherence and proper procurement documentation.
• Spend Analysis & Reporting: track savings and prepare procurement dashboards.
• Systems & Process Improvement: utilise ERP (e.g., SAP) and advance P2P processes.
