Job summary

SP Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive end-to-end sourcing strategies for facilities management and civil engineering related categories. You will manage tender processes, stakeholder engagement, and contract administration to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The role emphasizes supplier relationship building, negotiation, and risk mitigation, supported by SAP or similar procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ procurement experience in utilities/government/MNC.
• Experience in sourcing, tendering and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage stakeholders to define medium to long term forecasts and develop a procurement plan.
• Execute End-to-End Tender Process for Facilities management requirements for projects and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders with regular reviews and timely procurement engagement.
• Monitor contract validity and renewal to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop in-depth category and supplier knowledge to drive improvements.
• Ensure timely administration of day-to-day contract management.
• Establish contingency plans for key suppliers and critical services.
