Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to indirect categories.
• Proven track record in managing indirect spend categories and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage regional tenders.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and contract management tools.
• Industry experience in real estate, property, or facilities management is an advantage.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations, and contract finalisation.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with Group objectives.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities from Group and regional synergies.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Partner with business units to align procurement strategies and advise on supplier selection and contract structuring.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
