Job summary

Safran Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead indirect procurement for the Singapore entities. You will manage a team of five buyers, drive end-to-end tactical purchasing, and develop strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories in aerospace manufacturing.

The role offers regional exposure and collaboration with global procurement teams. Responsibilities include leading RFPs/RFQs, contract management with legal, ERP-based purchasing (SAP), spend analysis, and KPI

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Procurement.
6–8 years procurement experience, with 5+ years in management.
Indirect procurement experience in an industrial environment.
Experience in shared services or regional procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the indirect procurement for Singapore, managing a team of five buyers and directing end-to-end tactical purchasing.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories and conduct RFPs/RFQs.
Oversee daily PR/PO processing in ERP (SAP), ensure pricing accuracy, and manage DOA compliance.
Coordinate with Legal for contract terms and report KPI performance to HQ.
