Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Office seeks a Manager to drive its programmes and initiatives. You will manage the SoC Incubator (The Furnace), foster networking and investor engagements, and mentor founders.

You will lead Award & Programme Management, plan high‑impact events (ABPC, SoC Startup Recruitment Fair), and build collaborations with startups, alumni and industry, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 3 years in entrepreneurship, innovation management or programme management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage founders and industry partners.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in event planning, marketing communications and community building.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for startups and nurturing the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SoC Incubator (The Furnace) infrastructure, programmes and networks.
• Foster networking, mentoring and investor engagement opportunities.
• Monitor founder progress and provide tailored interventions.
• Collaborate with internal and industry partners to expand innovation outcomes.
• Represent and promote the incubator through outreach and marketing.
• Ensure smooth operations and functionality of incubator facilities.
• Oversee two flagship awards from call for submissions to post‑award tracking.
• Design evaluation processes for fair selection of high‑potential projects.
• Oversee award disbursement, mentorship matching and milestone tracking.
• Plan and run high‑impact events (ABPC, startup recruitment fairs, pitches).
• Develop marketing strategies to raise awareness and participation in I&E programmes.
• Maintain I&E website content and build relationships with startups and alumni.
