Job summary

National GRIP (Graduate Research Innovation Programme) at NUS Enterprise in Singapore seeks a Venture Architect to translate cutting-edge research into high-impact startups. You will mentor teams from concept to launch and collaborate with NUS Enterprise units to scale ventures.

You will scout university technologies, forge partnerships, and guide founders through fundraising and strategic hires, shaping a dynamic pipeline at Kent Ridge Campus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in science & engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in science-based technology business, including roles in company management, venture capital, or startup founder.
• First-hand experience in startup environments is a must. Founder experience a big plus.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor or AI industries is essential. Experience in medical devices or climate technology is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
