Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd is hiring a Head of Inbound to lead the end-to-end Inbound process, optimize performance, and manage a team of receiving inspectors. You will set KPIs, coach staff, and ensure safe, compliant handling of incoming goods while collaborating with adjacent departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, staffing planning, and building a high-performing culture within the Inbound function in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership and people management.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations, manufacturing or order fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge in material management and transportation operations.
• Experience in aerospace aftermarket or aviation industry preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and related systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to drive change and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize end-to-end Inbound process with KPI ownership.
• Translate targets into data-driven goals, staffing plans and priorities.
• Set performance expectations and coach the team.
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure training and certifications.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Outbound and Shipping for seamless handoffs.
• Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement using Kaizen/5S.
• Lead staffing planning and talent development.
