Job summary

At AIG, we are reimagining how we help customers manage risk. Join us as a Customer Care Consultant in Singapore to support policy servicing, renewals, cancellations, and new business through multi-channel channels, delivering a personalized customer experience.

You will work with the Inbound Sales & Service team to resolve inquiries, meet KPIs, and contribute to revenue through proactive cross-selling. The role emphasizes in-office collaboration and ongoing learning within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent telephone etiquette and strong customer-service skills.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in English and Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
• Certificate in General Insurance preferred; related health insurance certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle voice and non-voice customer service and sales within the Inbound Sales & Service team.
• Maintain accurate information in the CRM for all customer interactions.
• Meet CCC KPIs and ensure high service quality and productivity.
• Promote and cross-sell products where opportunities arise to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience.
