Hilton Singapore Orchard is seeking an Assistant/Manager, In-Room Dining to lead the guest experience with passion and professionalism. You will oversee service quality, training, scheduling, and cross‑department coordination.

In this role you will drive cost control, staff development, and delivering the ‘special experience’ that Hilton is known for, while ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs and OH&S guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Motivated and committed, eager to learn and improve performance.
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements; able to adapt quickly.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high customer service focus with guests in mind.
• Resolve issues with clear communication to guests and team members.
• Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
• Prepare rosters and schedules to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and SOP adherence.
• Ensure training on departmental standards is regularly conducted.
• Manage shifts, handovers and briefings to ensure smooth operation.
