Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Legal Manager to lead legal support for regional business development and investments in Southeast Asia.

You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and project documentation, identify risks, and provide practical legal solutions while advising on Singapore Companies Act compliance. You will liaise with external counsel and coordinate cross-border matters across offices to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Qualified with a law degree; practicing certificate not required.
4–6 years of in-house legal experience, preferably in energy/infrastructure/commodities.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements and tender documents.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and project documents.
Advise on Singapore Companies Act and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with external counsel and cross-border matters in SEA.
