AMS-OSRAM ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to establish and continually improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and applicable customer requirements.

You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, and supervise QA staff across the organization. The role requires a strong background in QMS, calibration/MSA, and familiarization with major quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 10+ years in QMS and Calibration/MSA with 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in internal, customer and certification audits.
• Experience leading QA technicians and inspectors preferred.
• Quality certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Strong quality tools and problem solving (8D, FMEA).

Responsabilidades

• Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.
• Ensure QMS policies, procedures, work instructions and quality records are controlled and implemented.
• Monitor QMS performance via defined KPIs, audits and management reviews.
• Lead change management to ensure changes are assessed, planned, implemented and controlled.
• Plan and execute the internal audit programme.
• Coordinate customer, certification and regulatory audits and ensure preparedness.
• Manage audit findings, corrective actions, root cause analysis and verification with process owners.
• Oversee the calibration and MSA program for metrology and measurement equipment.
