E-TALENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Shipping Operations Admin (Import) to manage daily shipment activities from the Changi North Way site. You will handle bookings, inquiries, and service requests while coordinating with customers, agents, carriers, vendors, and overseas offices.

The role requires accurate processing of shipments, documentation, and timely deliveries, with system updates in CargoWise and related platforms. You will contribute to performance tracking and digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, carriers, vendors, and overseas offices.
• Manage daily shipment operations, documentation, permits, and deliveries.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Update shipment and freight details in CargoWise and other systems.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and pre-alerts.
• Assist with operational reports and shipment performance tracking.
• Support process improvement and digitalization projects.
• Escalate operational issues to the Team Lead or Manager when required.
• Support and guide new team members when needed.
