Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics operations professional to support import/export documentation and shipment monitoring at the Changi Airfreight Centre.

Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with training provided and a basic salary in SGD 2,500–3,200 plus AWS and a variable bonus. Responsibilities include handling permits and document processing, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with internal and external partners to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification
• Training provided for those lesser/without experience

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations documentation like import and export permit, Air Waybills and Bill of Lading
• Monitor import and export shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics operations
• Perform other assigned duties
