Job summary

PSA Corporation is seeking an Assistant Port Ecosystem Executive (LCL Import Planning) to support daily import container coordination and warehouse planning. You will liaise with clients, contractors, truckers and transporters to ensure efficient execution of activities and manage staff administration with a team of supervisors.

The role requires a diploma and 3 years’ warehousing or logistics experience. Proficiency in MS Office, WMS and FMS is preferred; strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• 3 years’ warehousing/logistics experience is preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, WMS, and FMS or similar platforms is expected.
• Ability to work independently with good analytical skills and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for warehouse activities and import container coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, truckers and transporters to execute import container tasks.
• Handle staff administrative matters with PESD supervisors and admin staff.
• Prepare and send tally sheet reports and inventory reports to clients.
• Meet KPIs and perform adhoc tasks as required.
