Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily import and export activities and meet customer requirements.

The role requires close collaboration with Customer Service teams and third-party vendors to arrange special handling for shipments. Responsibilities include reviewing processes for improvements, maintaining safety, security and quality procedures, and keeping accurate operational records in line with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export warehouse operations to meet customer requirements and service standards.
• Work closely with Customer Service teams and third-party vendors to arrange special handling for shipments.
• Support daily toolbox meetings and maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Review warehouse processes and recommend improvements to achieve quality management objectives.
• Coordinate with customers, internal departments and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety, security and quality procedures.
• Liaise with internal Customer Service teams and appointed vendors on operational matters.
• Coordinate with third-party transport providers to ensure efficient cargo collection and delivery.
• Maintain operational records and follow company SOPs.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
