Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee daily inbound and outbound activities for import and export cargo, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse.

You will coordinate cargo receiving, inspection, storage, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking and palletising, monitor workflows for efficiency and safety, conduct stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and work with other departments to resolve issues as they arise.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities for import and export cargo.
• Coordinate cargo receiving, inspection, storage, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking, and palletising.
• Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with established procedures.
• Conduct and coordinate stocktaking activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are handled carefully and stored appropriately.
• Monitor the condition and proper use of warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and enforce workplace safety requirements.
• Guide warehouse personnel in following operational procedures and safe work practices.
• Work with other departments to resolve operational issues and meet daily requirements.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by management.
