Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse administrative activities and assign tasks where required.
• Ensure administrative records and documents are maintained accurately.
• Prepare import/export documents and support shipment processing.
• Communicate with customers and logistics partners via telephone and email.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on clearance and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operations staff on daily activities.
• Maintain inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist with onboarding and familiarising new employees with work procedures.
• Support KPI monitoring and ensure tasks are completed within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety standards.
• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.
