WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage import/export cargo-handling and supervise activities such as receiving, put-away, picking, loading and unloading. The role ensures safe handling, stock integrity, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will oversee equipment usage (forklifts and reach trucks), maintain housekeeping, and coordinate daily tasks with teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate warehouse activities and cargo-handling for imports/exports.
• Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, loading, unloading and repacking operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct stock counts.
• Manage safe handling, storage and movement of goods.
• Oversee use and maintenance of forklifts and reach trucks.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate manpower and daily tasks to support smooth operations.
• Liaise with other teams to resolve issues and improve workflow.

• Supervise receiving, checking, put-away, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking, and palletising operations.

• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and operational requirements.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate physical stock counts.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.

• Oversee warehouse equipment usage and maintenance, including forklifts and reach trucks.

• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

• Coordinate manpower and daily tasks to support smooth warehouse operations.

• Liaise with other teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
