Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support role to assist with receiving, storing and distributing goods, and to prepare shipping documents in line with SOPs. You will coordinate shipment clearance, transport and delivery with customers and logistics partners, and respond to inquiries with timely shipment updates.

You will also process shipment invoices, work with the warehouse supervisor and other departments to ensure on-time fulfillment, maintain inventory records

• Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export paperwork per SOPs.
• Coordinate shipment clearance, transportation and delivery with customers and logistics partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Process shipment invoices upon completion of orders.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs and service standards to ensure performance targets are met.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain workplace housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.

• Work closely with the warehouse supervisor and other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies.

• Monitor operational performance to ensure KPIs and service standards are achieved.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain workplace housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
