Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Logistics Import & Export Operations Assistant to manage daily logistics, coordinate shipments, and prepare shipping documents from our Singapore office.

The role requires experience in import/export operations, familiarity with freight forwarding, and strong MS 365 skills. Start date is immediate or on short notice; location is Joo Koon with standard weekday hours and Saturday half-day.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in import/export or foreign trade operations.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or warehouse coordination preferred.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and transportation arrangements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments and daily logistics operations.
• Arrange transportation, shipping schedules, and cargo deliveries.
• Process orders and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and relevant parties.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support warehouse and distribution coordination when required.
