Job summary

Focus Network Agencies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the sales team with purchase order coordination and shipment documentation in Singapore. The role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating sea and air shipments, and maintaining stock records. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is preferred, with English fluency. Some experience is a plus.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in this on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Excel, Word & basic Powerpoint.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Able to converse in English
• Preferably with at least one year of working experience in similar role

• Provide purchase order coordination work & supporting sales team.
