Job summary

LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic Singapore is seeking a Production and Logistics Intern to support improvement projects across assembly productivity, backoffice efficiency, and the rollout of a cloud-based Transportation Management System.

You will work with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners, gaining hands-on experience in process optimization, data gathering, and documentation, with a six-month commitment starting Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in production, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly productivity improvements and data-driven process enhancements.
• Coordinate improvement activities and drive productivity initiatives.
• Review scope of charge hands to optimize team responsibilities and workflows.
• Work with 3PL to map current processes and create Work Instructions to standardize operations.
• Assess and improve efficiency of back-office processes through data-driven analysis.
• Restructure year-end closing activities including timeline, roles, and documentation.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing a cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Support automation of back-office logistics and production processes to reduce manual tasks.
