Job summary

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with a focus on creating an engaging customer experience and meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages a plus.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs service model.
• Educate customers about products and promotions in-store.
• Assist in various store departments: product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs and store cleanliness.
